You have to enter into a License Agreement : When you are and have been providing and/or provided any of the services/terms/phrases described within any or all of the three trademarks above, you are and were required by law to have permission from the registered owner. Currently, you do not have permission or a license to use the registered wording/phrases/terms. However, in order to legalise your use of the wording/phrases/terms you need to enter into a License Agreement with Nicola Matheson-Durrant, Director of the Family Law Clinic Ltd, who is the registered owner of all of the above mentioned trademarks, specifically the trademark(s) 'texts'. |
